Initial Consultation

Every great garden starts with understanding you and how you want to use your space.

During our initial consultation, we take the time to get to know you, your garden and your requirements. We’ll discuss your ideas, wants and needs, as well as how you would like the finished space to look and function.

Initial Design

Using everything we’ve discussed, we’ll develop an initial design for your garden.

At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to review the concept, discuss ideas and make any changes before we move forward.

We’ll also provide an initial indication of the likely cost and timescale involved.

Detailed Estimate

Once the design and scope of the project have been agreed, you’ll receive a detailed, itemised estimate outlining the proposed work.

This will include a description of the works, estimated timescale and proposed start date, along with our terms and conditions, insurance details and waste disposal information.

Our aim is to make everything clear and transparent before any work begins.

 

​Your Transformation Begins

Once work starts, we remain with you through to completion.

At Fade, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and attention to detail. To maintain this standard, we only undertake one major project at a time.

That means your garden receives our full attention rather than being one of several projects being worked on simultaneously.

Progress & Photography

Throughout the project, we’ll document key stages of the transformation with photographs.

This gives you a record of the journey from the original garden through to the finished space, while also allowing us to document important stages of construction and preparation.

Completion

When the work is complete, we’ll carry out a full walk-through of the garden with you.

This gives us the opportunity to make sure everything has been completed to the expected standard and allows you to raise any questions or identify any small finishing touches that may need attention.

We want you to feel completely happy with your new garden before we consider the project finished.

Follow-Up

Our relationship doesn’t end when we leave your garden.

Around 3–6 weeks after completion, we’ll arrange a follow-up visit to inspect the completed work and see how your new garden is settling in.

It’s also an opportunity for us to hear your feedback and answer any questions you may have.
